The first step to achieve this goal is to identify the factors and determine the pattern of free time allocation of Iranian youth. In this research, based on the econometric model and multiple regression, and using the data of 2018-2019, the statistics center was investigated. In this regard, the effect of factors such as age, educational qualification, activity-occupational status by gender, marital status, benefit of economic facilities such as housing and personal car on youth leisure hours was investigated in the form of youth leisure demand function. The results of this study indicate the positive effect of age (+0.026) and academic degree (+0.003) and the negative effect of activity-occupational status (-0.442) on the time allocated for leisure by Iranian youth. The results of the model indicate that married men have less opportunity to spend time in leisure activities compared to women. Also, men with bad economic situation has less leisure time.
