fa بررسی علل ناهماهنگی در آمارهای بازرگانی خارجی کشور و راه‌کارهای مقابله با آن عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong style="line-height: 1.6em;">چکیده.</strong><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> بررسی اجمالی آمارهای بازرگانی خارجی ایران در سالیان گذشته و مقایسه‌ی آن با استانداردهای موجود بین‌المللی، نشانگر وجود مشکلاتی در زمینه‌ی این آمارها است که از آن جمله گزارش‌های ناقص در بخش آمار سازمان ملل، تقاضای مکرر آن سازمان در تأمین به‌موقع آمارهای بازرگانی خارجی، عدم تطابق کامل این آمارها با استانداردهای بین‌المللی، خلأ‌های موجود در سری‌های زمانی آمارها، عدم ارائه‌ی آمارهای بازرگانی در قالب طبقه‌بندی‌های استاندارد متنوع و &hellip; می‌باشد که منجر به مخدوش شدن اعتبار آماری کشور از یک سو و عدم ارزیابی دقیق جایگاه واقعی کشور در عرصه‌ی بین‌المللی در زمینه‌ی اقتصادی از سوی دیگر شده است.</span></p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:1.0cm;">هدف از ارائه‌ی این مقاله، بررسی علل ناهماهنگی در آمارهای بازرگانی خارجی کشور و یافتن نقاط قوت و ضعف آن با توجه به استاندارد‌های بین‌المللی جمع‌آوری اطلاعات می‌باشد. برای رسیدن به هدف، توصیه‌های سازمان‌های بین‌المللی مرجع مرتبط با موضوع، معرفی شده و مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و وضعیت کشور ایران نیز در مقایسه با این استانداردها مورد تحلیل قرار می‌گیرد. در انتها راه‌کارهای مقابله با این ناهماهنگی‌ها به‌عنوان روش‌هایی برای رفع این موانع پیشنهاد می‌شود.</p> <p dir="RTL" style="margin-right:1.0cm;"></p> <p><strong style="line-height: 1.6em;">Abstract.</strong><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> Reviewing Iran&#39s foreign trade statistics in the last years and comparing them to the existing international standards demonstrates some problems in producing the data, such as, incomplete country reports on foreign trade in United Nation Statistical Division&#39s data base, repeated requests of UNSD for timely provision of statistics on foreign trade, incoherence of the statistics with international standards, lags in time series, statistics not provided in various types of standard classifications, etc., which results in damages to the statistical credit of the country on one side, and improper evaluation of the country&rsquo;s international economic status, on the other side.</span></p> <p>The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the causes of inconsistency in foreign trade statistics of Iran in order to find out the strengths and weaknesses of the data in comparison to the international standards of data collection. To this end, the standards and recommendations of relevant international organizations are introduced and studied, and Iran&#39s status is analyzed with respect to these standards.
