fa مدیریت کیفیت شاخص‌های قیمت در بریتانیای کبیر (UK) با استفاده از ایزو 9000 عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><strong style="line-height: 1.6em;">چکیده.</strong><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> اداره‌ی آمار ملی </span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">UK</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> </span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">(ONS)</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">&nbsp;مسئول تولید طیف گسترده‌ای از شاخص‌های تورم است. این شاخص‌ها شامل شاخص قیمت خرده‌فروشی </span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">(RPI)</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> و شاخص هماهنگ قیمت مصرف‌کننده </span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">(HICP)</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> که برای مقایسه در بین کشورهای اتحادیه‌ی اروپا استفاده می‌شود، هستند. یکی از مؤلفه‌های کلیدی آمار ملی، تعهد عمومی در تضمین قانونمند کیفیت ستانده‌ها، برای اطمینان از کیفیت تخصصی ستانده است. در این زمینه، ایزو 9000، بخش مکمل برنامه‌ی در حال اجرایی است که برای بهبود و حفظ کیفیت </span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">RPI</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> و </span><span dir="LTR" style="line-height: 1.6em;">HICP</span><span style="line-height: 1.6em;"> طراحی شده است. این ویژگی یک عنصر کلیدی تضمین‌کننده‌ی نظام رسمی مدیریت کیفیت، ایزو 9000 است.</span></p> <p dir="RTL">&nbsp;&nbsp; این مقاله، ابزارهای کیفیت در زمینه ستانده‌های آماری، رهیافت‌های مختلف در دسترس برای مدیریت کیفیت و پتانسیل‌های این رهیافت‌ها برای بهبود عملکرد و چگونگی اندازه‌گیری این پتانسیل‌ها را بازنگری می‌کند و هم‌چنین بعضی از مزایایی که استفاده ازنظام رسمی مدیریت کیفیت را گسترش می‌دهند، توضیح می‌دهد و نگاه موشکافانه به درس‌های آموخته شده دارد.</p> <p dir="RTL">ایزو 9000 برای اشاره به مجموعه‌ای از استانداردهای سازمان بین‌المللی استاندارد (<span dir="LTR">ISO</span>)&nbsp;استفاده می‌شود، به‌استثنای مواردی که استانداردهای مشخصی مانند ایزو 9002 یا ایزو 9001 <span dir="LTR">(2000)</span> را به کار می‌برد.</p> <p dir="RTL"></p> <div> <div id="edn4"> <p></p> </div> </div> <p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="line-height: 1.6em;">The UK office for National Statistics (ONS) is responsible for producing a wide range of inflation measures. These include the Retail Prices Index (RPI) and the UK Harmonised Index of Consumer Prices (HICP) which is used for comparisons across the European :union:</span></p> <p style="text-align: justify;">One of the key components of national statistics is a public commitment to the regular quality assurance of outputs to ensure the professional quality of output. In this context ISO 9000 has become an integral part of ongoing programme designed to improve and maintain the quality of the RPI and HICP. It is now a key element underlying a formal quality management system ISO 9000.</p> <p style="text-align: justify;">The article reviews the meaning of quality in the context of statistical outputs, the different approaches available to quality management and the potential these have to improve performance and how the latter can be measured.
