fa شاخص‌های کمّی و کیفی مسکن: تجربه‌ی ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify"><span dir="RTL">هدف از این مقاله بررسی تغییرات شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی مسکن به موازات تغییرات جمعّیتی در ایران است. برای این منظور از روش تحلیل ثانویه‌ی داده‌های سرشماری‌های عمومی نفوس و مسکن در دوره‌ی بعد از انقلاب اسلامی استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج به‌دست آمده روند تغییرات شاخص‌های کمی و کیفی مسکن در ایران رو به بهبود بوده است. با وجود این، هنوز در کشور، با کمبود واحدهای مسکونی مواجه هستیم. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد، هنوز نسبت قابل توجهی از واحدهای مسکونی در کشور فرسوده‌اند که با توجه به زلزله‌خیز بودن برخی مناطق ایران و مرگ بسیاری از هموطنان در سال‌های اخیر در اثر زلزله، این مسئله نیز باید مورد توجه قرار گیرد و بازسازی واحدهای مسکونی فرسوده در دستور کار مسئولان ذی‌ربط قرار گیرد. بنا بر این برنامه‌ریزی‌ها باید بر تأمین کمبود واحدهای مسکونی و بازسازی واحدهای فرسوده تأکید کند.</span></p> <p>The purpose of this paper is to investigate the changes in qualitative and quantitative indicators of housing combined with demographic changes in Iran. The method used in this study is a secondary analysis of census data. The results showed that the qualitative and quantitative indicators of housing in Iran have improved over time. However, the country is facing a shortage of housing units<span dir="RTL">.</span> The findings showed that a considerable proportion of housing units in the country are worn. As regards some areas that are prone to earthquakes, and many people died in the earthquake, it should also be noted. Therefore, reconstructions of worn housing units should be placed on the agenda of the relevant authorities.
