fa بررسی نقش مهاجرت روستائیان در پیدایش محلات اسکان غیررسمی (مطالعه موردی محله میر اشرف شهر اردبیل) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:tahoma;"><span dir="RTL"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">یکی از معضلات شهرنشینی در شهر اردبیل تأثیر پدیده مهاجرت در شکل‌گیری سکونت‌گاه اسکان غیررسمی در این شهر است. روش تحقیق این پژوهش تحلیلی، توصیفی و میدانی می‌باشد. جمع‌آوری داده‌ها،روش کتابخانه‌ای و میدانی (پرسشنامه- مصاحبه) بوده و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل کیفی مقایسه‌ای با استفاده از تحلیل خروجی دادهای نرم‌افزارهای آماری </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">SPSS<span dir="RTL">، </span>Excel<span dir="RTL"> بهره گرفته شده است. نتایج مقاله بیانگر این است که عوامل اقتصادی همچون کمبود اشتغال با 41 درصد، کمبود امکانات و خدمات رفاهی با 30 درصد، اشتیاق برای یافتن شغل پردرآمد با 45 درصد و جاذبه‌های شهری با 29 درصد مهمترین عوامل سکنی گزینی در مناطق اسکان غیررسمی(حاشیه‌نشین) میراشرف بوده‌اند.&nbsp;</span></span></span> One of the problems of urbanization in the city of Ardebil is the impact of the migration phenomenon on the formation of an informal settlement in the city. The research method is analytical and descriptive.
