fa نگاهی به تحولات سالخوردگی در ایران و پوشش حمایت اجتماعی از سالمندان (تطبیق استانی) تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;">در سال‌های اخیر، افزایش امید به زندگی و کاهش نرخ باروری در سایه پیشرفت‌های پزشکی، موجب بوجود آمدن پدیده سالخوردگی در کشور شده که با شیب زیادی در حال افزایش است. حال این پرسش مطرح است در وضعیت کنونی، سالخوردگی در استان‌های کشور چگونه بوده و چه سهمی از سالمندان تحت پوشش بیمه‌های اجتماعی و نهادهای حمایتی عمومی قرار دارند؟ در این مقاله به پایش وضعیت سالمندی در نقاط مختلف کشور (استان‌ها) با استفاده از سه شاخص &laquo;نسبت سالمندی&raquo;، &laquo;نسبت جنسی سالمندی&raquo; و &laquo;نسبت وابستگی سالمندی&raquo; پرداخته شده است. همچنین سهم سالمندان برخوردار از حمایت‌های صندوق‌های بیمه‌ای و نهادهای عمومی ارائه‌دهنده خدمات حمایتی به سالمندان به تفکیک استان تعیین شده است. نتایج نشان داد در فاصله بین سال‌های ۹۵-۱۳۹۰ جمعیت سالمندان ۶۰ ساله و بیشتر سه برابر جمعیت کل کشور رشد داشته است. همچنین در سال ۱۳۹۵، استان‌های گیلان، مازندران، مرکزی و همدان بیشترین نسبت سالمندان را دارا هستند. در ۸۰ درصد استان‌های کشور سهم زنان سالمند بیش از مردان است. از هفت میلیون و پانصد هزار سالمند، حدود ۶۳&nbsp;درصد از حمایت‌های اجتماعی پایدار برخوردار هستند. همچنین سهم پوشش حمایت اجتماعی در ۱۸ استان‌های کشور بیشتر از سهم کل کشور است.</span><span style="background:yellow;"><span style="color:black;"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;"></span></span></span></span> In recent years, increasing life expectancy and decreasing fertility rates in the wake of medical advances has led to the emergence of an aging phenomenon in the country, which is rising steeply. Now, the question is: what is the current state, how old are provinces in the country, and what proportion of the elderly are covered by social insurance and public support institutions? In this article, the monitoring of the aging status in different parts of the country (provinces) has been studied using the three indicators of &quot;age ratio&quot;, &quot;sex ratio of aging&quot; and &quot;age dependency ratio&quot;. Also, the share of the elderly with the support of insurance funds and public institutions providing support services to the elderly is determined by the province. The results showed that in the period between 2011 and 2011, the population of elderly people aged 60 and more than three times the total population of the country has grown. Also, in 1395, Gilan, Mazandaran, Central and Hamedan provinces have the highest proportion of elderly people. In 80% of the provinces, the share of older women is higher than that of men. Of the 7.5 million elderly people, they account for 63 percent of sustainable social support.
