fa تحلیلی پویا از تأثیر نوسانات بارندگی بر فقر روستایی در ایران تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <strong><span style="font-family:Yas;">چکیده. </span></strong><span style="font-family:Yas;">بخش عظیمی از فقرای کشور در روستاهای این سرزمین زندگی می‌کنند و به کشاورزی و شغل‌های مرتبط با آن مشغولند، تغییرات اقلیمی با تغییر در میزان بارش تأثیر به سزایی در زندگی آنان خواهد گذاشت. به‌منظور برنامه‌ریزی برای مواجهه مناسب با این تغییرات اقلیمی لازم است تا ابتدا اثرات این تغییر به درستی تحلیل و تبیین شود. در این پژوهش ما بر آن شدیم تا تأثیر نوسانات بارندگی را بر فقر روستایی در بازه زمانی ۱۳۹۲-۱۳۶۱بسنجیم، جامعه آماری این مقاله را افراد ساکن روستاهای کشور تشکیل می‌دهند. برای آن که مبارزه با فقر مسئله‌ای بلندمدت است، از تحلیل </span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Yas;">ARDL</span></span><span style="font-family:Yas;"> در اقتصادسنجی استفاده کردیم، نتایج، وجود رابطه مثبت میان فقر روستایی و نوسانات بارندگی را تأیید می‌کند، همچنین نتایج این پژوهش رابطه میان فقر روستایی و تسهیلات به بخش کشاورزی را ناچیز برآورد می‌کند که نشان‌دهنده‌ی عدم کارایی مناسب اعتبارات تخصیص داده شده برای اعطای تسهیلات در این بخش است.</span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Yas;"></span></span><br> <span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:Yas;"></span></span> <strong>Abstract.</strong> A large part of the country&#39;s poor live in the villages of this land and are engaged in agriculture and related jobs. Climate changes will have a significant impact on their lives by changing the amount of rainfall<span dir="RTL">.</span> To plan for a proper response to these climate changes, it is necessary to first properly analyze and explain the effects of this change. In this study, we decided to measure the effect of rainfall fluctuations on rural poverty in the period 1361-92. The statistical population of this article consists of people living in rural areas of the country. Due to the fact that dealing with poverty is a long-term issue, ARDL analysis has been used in econometrics. The results confirm the positive relationship between rural poverty and rainfall fluctuations. In addition, this study underestimates the relationship between rural poverty and facilities to the agricultural sector, which indicates the inefficiency of the funds, allocated for the provision of facilities in this sector.<br> &nbsp; تغییرات اقلیمی, فقر روستایی, نوسانات بارندگی, EGARCH و ARDL.
