fa دانش، مدیریت دانش و مرکز آمار دانش‌بنیان تخصصي Special كاربردي Applicable <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b><span lang="FA">چکیده.</span></b> <span lang="FA">هدف این نوشتار پایه‌ریزی مبانی، اصول، فرایند و سازوکار دانش‌بنیان</span> <span lang="FA">‌کردن مرکز آمار ایران است. پایه‌ریزی بر اساس الگوی شناخت سیستم، استراتژی و تفکر، شناخت مفاهیم بنیادی دانش، شناخت راه‌های دستیابی به دانش و نقشه‌های دانش مطابق سوالات هشت‌گانه تحقیق است. لذا این نوشتار، تکیه بر محورهای سیستم، استراتژی و تفکر، دانش و مسیر نیل به آن، انواع دانش‌های پایه‌ای، ابزارهای شناخت دانش، استدلال‌ها و فنون، انواع نقشه‌های دانش و کاربرد آن‌ها، فراهم‌آوری دانش و دست آخر توصیف شکل‌های گوناگون دانش دارد. رویکرد نوشتن مقاله، توصیفیِ تحلیلی و استدلالی مطابق الگوهای تفسیرگرایی، پدیدارشناسی و روایت‌پژوهی است. استقرار و بهره‌گیری مؤثر از مدیریت دانش در مرکز آمار ایران به زیرساختارهای سیستمی و نیز تعهدات سازمانی برای کاربرد دانش در فعالیت‌های جاری در کلیه سطوح نیاز دارد. الگوهای مطرح در این مقاله این امکان را به‌وجود می‌آورد تا از مؤلفه‌ها و فرایندهای موجود در مرکز آمار ایران برای رسیدن به وضعیت مطلوب از آن‌ها استفاده کرد. از این رو، با بهره‌گیری از این الگوها از صرف هزینه مجدد برای حل مسائل تکراری و حتی مسائل بدون پیشینه و تازه، جلوگیری می‌شود. این الگوها امکان دسترسی کارکنان، شرکای کارکردی و مشتریان مرکز را به پایگاه و ذخیره کردن دانش میسر می‌نماید. دانش، مرکز آمار ایران را قادر به تأمین سریع‌تر نیازهای مشتریان می‌کند و نزدیکی مرکز با مشتریان بیشتر می‌شود. از این رو، انتظار می‌رود رضایت‌مندی مشتریان با شناسایی و حل سریع مشکلاتشان بالا رود.</span></span></span></span></span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size:11px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span new="" roman="" times=""><b>Abstract. </b><span style="background:white"><span style="color:black">The paper&rsquo;s aim is to establish the foundations, principles and process of the knowledge-based mechanism of the Statistical Center of Iran. To reach this aim, the path is systemic cognition based on pattern, strategy and thinking. Understanding the basic concepts of knowledge and the ways to achieve knowledge system and knowledge maps is according to the eight research questions. Therefore, this paper relies on the corns of system approach, strategy and thinking, knowledge and the way to achieve them, types of basic knowledge, knowledge recognition tools, arguments and techniques, knowledge maps and its types and their application, providing knowledge and codifications and documentation and finally the description of various forms of knowledge. The paper&rsquo;s approach is descriptive-analytical one. However, the research methodology according to the patterns of interpretiveness is phenomenology and narrative one. Implementation and effective use of knowledge management in the SCI requires systemic infrastructure as well as organizational commitments for the application of knowledge in current activities at all organizational levels. The patterns presented in this study make it possible to use the components, processes and mechanism in the SCI to achieve the desired knowledge situation. Therefore, by using foresaid patterns, we would be able to solve problems and even without background and novel one. These patterns allow the SCI&rsquo;s staff, partners and customers to access the database and knowledge storage. Knowledge system enables the SCI to meet the needs of customers more quickly and increases the center&#39;s proximity to customers.
