fa بررسی الگوی سرمایه‌گذاری و عوامل مؤثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها طی سال‌های ۱۳۷۸-۱۳۹۰ عمومى General پژوهشي Research <p style="text-align: justify"><span dir="RTL">یکی از اساسی‌ترین مطالعات آماری که به‌منظور ارزیابی برنامه‌های مختلف اقتصادی و اجتماعی در اغلب کشورهای جهان صورت می‌گیرد، </span><span dir="RTL">مطالعه­ی آمارگیری</span><span dir="RTL"> بودجه‌ی خانوار است. از طریق این بررسی می‌توان به چگونگی توزیع هزینه‌ها و درامدهای خانوارها و روند تغییرات آن‌ها طی دوران زندگی افراد و یا خانوارها پی برد.</span> <span dir="RTL">شناخت الگوی سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها</span> <span dir="RTL">در گروه‌های مختلف سنی و بررسی تغییرات آن طی سال‌های مختلف، همواره یکی از موضوعات مهم اقتصادی در سطح داده‌های خرد و کلان است که به بررسی و تحلیل رفتار اقتصادی و سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها می‌پردازد. بررسی حاضر تحلیلی توصیفی و آماری داده‌های طرح آمارگیری از هزینه و درامد خانوارهای شهری و روستایی طی سال‌های </span><span dir="RTL">۱۳۷۸-۱۳۹۰</span><span dir="RTL"> است که به بررسی تغییر تدریجی توزیع سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها و تحلیل روند تغییرات آن به تفکیک بخش ساختمان و کشاورزی پرداخته است. در این مقاله علاوه بر تحلیل توصیفی روند تغییرات سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها، با استفاده از مدل دیتون</span> <span dir="RTL">به براورد الگوی سرمایه‌گذاری هم‌گروه‌ها پرداخته شده است [۶]. در این روش هزینه‌ی خانوارها در بخش سرمایه‌گذاری به اثرات گروه، سن و سال تجزیه می‌شود به‌گونه‌ای که امکان بررسی اجزای الگوی سرمایه‌گذاری نسل‌ها در چرخه‌ی زندگی فراهم شود. همچنین به‌منظور بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها، با استفاده از مدل لوژستیک به بررسی تأثیر برخی ویژگی‌های خانوار و سرپرستان خانوار بر سرمایه‌گذاری خانوارها پرداخته شده است.</span></p> <p>One of the most fundamental statistical studies which are carried out in most countries to assess the various social and economic programs is the study of the household budget survey. By this we can discover the distribution of household income and expenditure and economic changes of individuals and families during the life cycle. Information of the investment patterns of the households in different age groups and investigating its changes during different years are important economic issues at micro and macro data level that can analyze the economic behavior and investment pattern of households. This paper is a descriptive and statistical research based on the annual urban and rural Household Expenditure and Income Survey (HEIS) data during 1999- 2011 which evaluates the change of household investment and analyzes the change trends in construction and agriculture sectors. In this paper in addition to descriptive analysis of households&#39 investment trends, the estimate of cohort investment pattern by using Dayton model¹ is drawn. In this model, the household expenditure on investment sector decomposes into year, age, and cohort effects in which the possibility of investing the cohort investment pattern of life cycle is provided.
