fa تحلیلی بر شناسایی موانع و محدودیت‌های کارآفرینی در توسعه روستایی، مطالعه موردی «روستاهای منتخب شهرستان هشترود» عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">توسعه روستایی نه تنها در بعد محلی بلکه در ابعاد منطقه ای و ملی نیز بسیار بااهمیت است. می‌توان اذعان داشت از مهمترین مشکلات توسعه روستایی در ایران، نبود اشتغال و افزایش بیکاری جامعه روستایی است. ضرورت بحث حاضر و پررنگ بودن این مشکلات در روستاهای شهرستان هشترود باعث شده است تا تحقیق حاضر با به‌کارگیری روش کیفی و با استفاده از تئوری بنیانی به شناسایی و تحلیل موانع توسعه فعالیت‌های کارافرینی بپردازد. بر این اساس جلسات گروهی با حضور روستاییان در سیزده روستای محدوده مورد مطالعه تشکیل و از مشاهدات میدانی نیز بهره برده شد. بر مبنای نظریه بنیانی، داده‌ها در سه مرحله کدگذاری و تحلیل شدند و نتایج حاصل از آن، استخراج هشت مقوله هسته‌ای شامل کاربری اراضی، فروش، فرهنگی، مشکلات اداری، زیرساختی، سرمایه، آگاهی و مدیریت و قوانین هستند.<b> </b></span></span><b><span dir="LTR" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black"></span></span></b></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Rural development is very important not only in the local dimension but also in the regional and national dimensions. It can be acknowledged that one of the most important problems of rural development in Iran is the lack of employment and the increase in unemployment in the rural community. The necessity of the present discussion and the prominent nature of these problems in the villages of Hashtroud city has made the present research to identify and analyze the obstacles to the development of entrepreneurship activities by applying the qualitative method and using the basic theory. Based on this, group meetings were held with the presence of villagers in 13 villages of the study area and field observations were also used.
