fa تحلیل شاخص‌های علم‌سنجی اعضای هیئت‌علمی گروه‌های آمار عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">شاخص‌‌های علم‌‌سنجی جایگاه بسیار اساسی در ارزیابی، ارتقا و ترفیع اعضای هیئت‌ علمی دارند. با توجه به وسعت حوزه‌‌های دانشی، ارزش‌‌گذاری این شاخص‌‌ها می‌‌بایست در قالب یک بررسی جامع و تخصصی برای هر حوزه به صورت مجزا صورت گیرد. در همین راستا در این پژوهش نگاهی به بررسی آماری شاخص‌‌های علم‌‌سنجی اعضای هیئت علمی گروه آمار سراسر کشور انداخته شده است. برای رسیدن به این هدف، اطلاعات مربوط به کل اعضای هیئت‌ علمی گروه آمار در دانشگاه‌‌های مختلف کشور جمع‌‌آوری شده و سپس شاخص‌‌هایی چون شاخص اچ، استنادات و تعداد مقالات آن‌‌ها به‌‌صورت آماری ارزیابی شده‌‌اند. این بررسی با استفاده از پایگاه اطلاعاتی اسکوپوس</span></span> <span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">انجام شده است که در مجموع ۲۵۵ عضو هیئت‌ علمی از ۳۷ دانشگاه در این مطالعه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌‌اند. نتایج حاصل از تحلیل این داده‌‌ها نشان می‌‌دهد که میانگین شاخص اچ اعضای هیئت‌ علمی گروه آمار در دانشگاه‌‌های کشور ۵٫۰۴ است که تقریباً ۳۳% از اعضای هیئت‌ علمی بالاتر از این میانگین قرار دارند. میانگین استنادات برابر با ۱۵۰٫۴۹ است که تقریباً ۲۹% از آن‌‌ها بیشتر از میانگین هستند و همچنین، میانگین تعداد مقالات آن‌‌ها برابر با ۲۰ است که تقریباً ۳۱% از اعضای هیئت‌ علمی در این خصوص نیز بالاتر از میانگین جامعه آماری قرار دارند. این نتایج نشان می‌‌دهند که عضویت در هیئت‌ علمی گروه آمار نه‌ تنها نشان‌‌دهنده تخصص و توانایی علمی است، بلکه می‌‌تواند به‌‌عنوان نشانه‌‌ای از عملکرد برتر و موفقیت در این حوزه‌‌ی تخصصی نیز تلقی شود. این یافته‌‌ها می‌‌توانند به مدیران دانشگاه‌‌ها و ارتقاء دهندگان علمی کمک کنند تا راهبردها و برنامه‌‌های مناسبی برای توسعه و بهبود عملکرد هیئت‌ علمی در این حوزه را طراحی و اجرا کنند.</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="color:black"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Scientific indicators play a fundamental role in the evaluation, promotion, and tenure of faculty members. Given the breadth of scientific fields, valuing these indicators should be done through a comprehensive and specialized examination for each field separately. In this regard, this research focuses on statistically analyzing the scientific indicators of faculty members in the field of statistics across the country. To achieve this goal, information regarding all faculty members in the statistics department of various universities across the country has been collected, and indicators such as H-index, citations, and number of publications have been statistically evaluated. This study was conducted using the Scopus database, where a total of 255 faculty members from 37 different universities were examined. The results of analyzing this data indicate that the average H-index of faculty members in the statistics department in the country is 5.04, with approximately 33% of faculty members having a higher H-index than this average. The average number of citations is 150.49, with nearly 29% of them having more than the average, and the average number of publications is 20, with approximately 31% of faculty members exceeding the average in this regard as well. These results demonstrate that membership in the statistics department faculty not only reflects expertise and scientific capability but can also be interpreted as an indication of outstanding performance and success in this specialized field.
