fa ارزیابی دهیاران از وضعیت فروش زمین به مهاجران در روستاهای استان گیلان (مطالعه شهرستان‌های فومن و شفت) عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">مهاجرت به‌عنوان یکی از پدیده‌های جمعیتی ارتباط معناداری با حوزه سیاستگذاری در جامعه دارد تغییرات مختلف اقلیمی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی کشور در سالیان اخیر موجب هجوم شهروندان به سوی استان‌های شمالی کشور خصوصا گیلان شده است، بطوریکه بسیاری از زمین‌های زراعی و باغی توسط کشاورزان بفروش رسیده است. داده‌های مقاله حاضر با استفاده از روش کیفی ۹۸ مصاحبه با دهیاران شهرستان‌های فومن و شفت بدست آمده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد بیش از ۹۵ درصد دهیاران اذعان داشتند که زمین‌ها به غیربومیان از استان‌های مخلف فروخته شده است، مشکلات زیرساختی و اقتصادی روستاییان موجب شده که روستاییان زمین‌های خود را بفروشند، همچنین از نظر دهیاران انباشت زباله در روستاها و معضلات فرهنگی ناشی از حضور مهاجران در روستاها زیاد شده است. همچنین تدوین سند جامع سکونت در کنار خروج اقتصاد کشاورزی از وضعیت معیشتی راهکارهای اصلی خروج از وضعیت فعلی است.</span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Migration, as one of the demographic phenomena, has a significant relationship with the policy-making field in the society. The findings showed that more than 95% of the villagers admitted that the lands were sold to non-natives from the wrong provinces, the infrastructural and economic problems of the villagers caused the villagers to sell their lands, also according to the villagers, the accumulation of garbage in Villages and cultural problems caused by the presence of immigrants in the villages have increased.
