fa تحلیل نقش استان‌های کشور در رشته فعالیت پرورش مرغ مادر و جوجه‌کشی با استفاده از داده‌های مرکز آمار ایران عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">طبق آمار، گوشت مرغ و تخم مرغ ۴۷% از منابع پروتئین حیوانی موجود در سبد غذایی خانوارهای ایرانی را تشکیل می‌دهد. بنابراین شناخت رشته فعالیت مرغداری و برنامه‌ریزی برای افزایش تولید در این حوزه حائز اهمیت است. هدف از این پژوهش مقایسه استانی واحدهای پرورش مرغ مادر و جوجه‌کشی کشور به</span></span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">&lrm;منظور تعیین رتبه هر استان در این رشته فعالیت، با استفاده از داده‌های ارائه شده توسط مرکز آمار ایران در سال ۱۳۹۴ است. در این مطالعه از شاخص‌های سود سرانه، نسبت سود به هزینه و سهم اشتغال رشته فعالیت پرورش مرغ مادر و جوجه‌کشی از اشتغال کل هر استان به عنوان پارامترهای سنجش استفاده شده است. پس از انجام محاسبات شاخص‌های ذکر شده به تفکیک استان‌های کشور با نرم‌افزار اکسل، نقشه جغرافیایی پراکندگی شاخص‌های اقتصادی در استان‌های کشور توسط بسته </span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">t-map نرم‌افزار R ترسیم شد. نتیجه به‌دست آمده حاکی از این بود که با رتبه‌بندی استان‌ها بر اساس معیار ارزیابی ترکیبی سه عاملی هم‌وزن، صدرنشین‌ها استان‌های گیلان، مازندران و قزوین با مقدار معیار بالاتر از ۶۰% بودند و در جایگاه دوم استان‌های اردبیل، آذربایجان شرقی و البرز با مقدار معیار بالاتر از ۴۰% قرار داشتند که همگی جزء استان‌های واقع شده در نیمه شمالی کشور هستند. </span></span></span> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Statistical reports reveals that 47% of the animal protein sources in the food basket of Iranian households are provided through poultry farming. Therefore, knowing this profession and planning to increase production in this field is important. The purpose of this research is to compare the country&#39;s provinces regarding to the profession of incubation and broiler breeder production in order to determine the rank of each province in this profession, using the data provided by the Statistical Centre of Iran in 2014. In this study, the indicators of profit per capita, ratio of profit to cost, and the share of employment of this field from the total employment of each province have been used as the evaluating parameters. After calculation of the mentioned indicators related to each province with Excel software, the spatial maps of the indicators were drawn using the t-map package of the R software. Based on the result obtained from the combined three factor criterion, Gilan, Mazandaran and Qazvin were the leading provinces which followed by Ardabil, East Azarbayjan and Alborz.
