fa تأثیر مدیریت هوش مصنوعی بر عملکرد رقابتی سازمان‌های نوپا تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مدیریت هوش مصنوعی بر عملکرد رقابتی سازمان های نوپا انجام شده است. این پژوهش </span></span><span dir="RTL" lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">کاربردی است و از لحاظ روش گردآوری اطلاعات، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی-همبستگی به شمار می رود. <span style="color:black">جامعه آماری پژوهش را کارآفرینان، مدیران و صاحبان شرکت های نوپا در اصفهان تشکیل داده است. </span>با استفاده از جدول کرجسی-مورگان حجم نمونه<span style="color:black"> ۹۲ </span>نفر برآورد شده که به صورت تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند<span style="color:black">. جمع آوری داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه محقق ساخته انجام شده که روایی آن توسط اساتید تایید شده و پایایی ابزار نیز از طریق اندازه گیری آلفای کرونباخ مورد تایید قرار گرفته است. شناسایی روابط بین متغیرها با استفاده از روش مدل&shy;یابی معادلات ساختاری در نرم افزار لیزرل می باشد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ابعاد مدیریت هوش مصنوعی شامل مهارت یادگیری، مهارت استدلال، مهارت خوداصلاحی و مهارت خلاقیت بر عملکرد رقابتی سازمان&shy;های نوپا تاثیر دارد. علاوه بر این، مهارت استدلال مهم&shy;ترین ابعاد مدیریت هوش مصنوعی در عملکرد رقابتی سازمان های نوپا شناخته شده است</span></span><span style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">.</span></span></span> <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of artificial intelligence management on the competitive performance of startups. This research is applied and in terms of data collection method, it is considered a descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of the study consists of entrepreneurs, managers, and owners of startups in Isfahan. Using the Krejci-Morgan table, the sample size was estimated at 92 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Research data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by professors and the reliability of the instrument was also confirmed by measuring Cronbach&#39;s alpha. The relationships between variables were identified using the structural equation modeling method in LISREL software. The research findings indicate that the dimensions of artificial intelligence management, including learning skills, reasoning skills, self-correction skills, and creativity skills, have an impact on the competitive performance of startups.
