fa مدل کسب‌وکار پویا: مطالعه موردی شرکت طراحی سه‌بعدی صنعتی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">جهان در حال تغییر و تحول است. سرعت تغییر در روزگار ما بیشتر از هر زمان دیگر در تاریخ بشر است. سازمان‌ها و جوامع بشری نه تنها برای رشد کسب‌وکار بلکه برای بقا نیز باید متناسب با تغییرهای جهان تغییر کنند. تغییر و چابکی فرآیندی پویا است و اتفاقی یکباره نیست. از طرفی چون پدیده‌های دینامیکی ناشی از تعامل متقابل عوامل مختلف است، درک و کنترل پدیده‌های پویا و پیامدهای آن پیچیده است. به همین دلیل در دنیای پر تلاطم امروز، شرکت‌ها به ویژه شرکت‌های نوپا نیاز دارند که سازگاری بیشتری با محیط داشته باشند و بتوانند با چابکی به فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها و همچنین نقاط قوت و ضعف محیط‌های بیرونی و داخلی واکنش نشان دهند. در این راستا بکارگیری مدل کسب‌وکار پویا (دینامیک) می‌تواند درک ارتباطات علّی بین بخش های مختلف مدل کسب‌وکار را تسهیل نموده و مسیر را برای کسب مزیت رقابتی پایدار شرکت‌ها فراهم نماید. در این پژوهش مدل کسب‌وکار و بوم مدل کسب‌وکار برای یک شرکت (استودیو) طراحی و انیمیشن سه بعدی صنعتی با بهره‌گیری از روش سیستم داینامیک مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است و با استفاده از تببین حلقه‌های علت و معلولی ما بین بخش‌های مختلف آن، مدل کسب‌وکار پویای آن تدوین گردیده و نتایج مدل برای سناریوی پایه و سناریوی دیگر مورد بحث قرار گرفته است</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt">.</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="font-family:Yas"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">The world is undergoing changes and evolution.&nbsp;There is a faster pace of change in our time than any other time in human history.&nbsp;Organizations and human societies must adapt to changes in the world, not only for business growth but also for survival.&nbsp;Change and agility are dynamic processes and are not one-time events.&nbsp;On the other hand, understanding and controlling dynamic phenomena and their consequences is complex because they result from the interaction of various factors.&nbsp;For this reason, in today&#39;s turbulent world, companies, especially start-ups, need to be more adaptable to the environment and be able to react with agility to opportunities and threats, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the external and internal environments.&nbsp;In this regard,&nbsp;by using a dynamic business model, companies can gain sustainable competitive advantage by facilitating the understanding of causal relationships between different parts of the business model.&nbsp;In this study, the business model and business model canvas for an industrial 3D design and animation studio were examined using the dynamic system method.&nbsp;The dynamic business model was created by explaining the cause-and-effect loops among its various parts, and the model results for the base scenario and another scenario were discussed.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; بوم مدل کسب‌وکار, مدل کسب‌وکار, سیستم داینامیک, مدل کسب‌وکار پویا.
