fa ارزیابی عوامل مؤثر بر کاربست صحیح روش‌های آماری در ترویج و توسعه مهارت‌های کشاورزی: یک رویکرد ترکیبی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="color:black">هدف اصلی این تحقیق شناسایی و ارزیابی عوامل(شاخص‌های)موثر بر کاربست صحیح روش‌های آماری در توسعه مهارت های کشاورزی در قالب یک الگوی می‌باشد. این تحقیق یک تحقیق ترکیبی(کیفی: همسوسازی و کمی- پیمایشی) می‌باشد در بخش کیفی، با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند تعداد ۱۰ نفر از خبرگان (اساتید دانشگاهی رشته‌های آمار و کشاورزی) انتخاب شدند. در بخش کمی روش تحقیق، پیمایشی-علی است و تعداد ۸۶ نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان آماری شاغل در وزارت جهادکشاورزی به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب گردیدند. نتایج تحلیل مضمون، ۶ شاخص آموزشی، سازمانی-مدیریتی، حمایتی-اقتصادی، پژوهشی، شناختی و انگیزشی شناسایی شدند. نتایج آزمون فریدمن نشان داد که شاخص‌های&laquo;پژوهشی&raquo; با رتبه میانگین ۴٫۳۶ بیشترین تاثیر را بر روی کاربست روش‌های آماری در توسعه مهارت‌‌های کشاورزی دارند. نتایج تحلیل عاملی تاییدی حاکی از آن است که الگوی معرفی شده دارای بار عاملی کافی و برازش مناسب است. از این رو، می‌توان با کاربست صحیح روش‌های آماری در رشته‌های کشاورزی، سازه‌ها (و یا ابزارهایی) فراهم نمود که در ترویج و توسعه‌ی مهارت‌های کشاورزی و کشاورزان موثر باشد. در تحقیقات پیشین بطور مختصر، میزان کاربست روش‌های آماری در علوم کشاورزی مورد بحث قرار گرفت اما در تحقیقی شاخص‌های (محرک‌های) موثر بر کاربست صحیح روش‌های آماری در علوم کشاورزی مورد مطالعه قرار نگرفته است. در این تحقیق، بطور خاص- شاخص‌های موثر بر کاربست صحیح روش‌های آماری در گسترش علوم و مهارت‌های کشاورزی، شناسایی و مورد ارزیابی قرار داده است که این شاخص‌ها همسو با سیاست‌های کلان بالادستی می‌باشد. روش و نتایج این تحقیق، جنبه نوآوری دارد</span></span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.5pt">.</span><span lang="FA" style="font-size:14.0pt"><span style="font-family:Yas"></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">The main goal of this research is to identify and evaluate the factors (indices) effective on the correct application of statistical methods in the development of agricultural skills in the form of a model. This research is a combined research (qualitative: alignment and quantitative-survey). In the qualitative part, 10 experts (university professors of statistics and agriculture) were selected using the purposeful sampling method. In the quantitative part of the research method, it is a survey and 86 experts and statistical specialists working in the Ministry of Jihad and Agriculture were selected by simple random sampling. The results of the theme analysis, 6 educational, organizational-management, support-economic, research, cognitive and motivational indicators were identified. The results of the Friedman test showed that the &quot;research&quot; indicators with an average rating of 4.36 have the greatest impact on the application of statistical methods in the development of agricultural skills. The results of confirmatory factor analysis indicate that the introduced model has sufficient factor loading and appropriate fit. Therefore, with the correct application of statistical methods in agricultural fields, structures (or tools) can be provided that are effective in promoting and developing agricultural skills and farmers. In previous researches, the extent of application of statistical methods in agricultural sciences was briefly discussed, but the indicators (incentives) affecting the correct application of statistical methods in agricultural sciences have not been studied in this research. In this research, in particular, the indicators affecting the correct application of statistical methods in the development of agricultural sciences and skills have been identified and evaluated, and these indicators are in line with the upstream policies.
