fa الگوهای دانش‌بنیانی، دانش بومی، گامی به سوی توسعه بومی‌سازی و توانمندسازی روستایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">دانش سنگ بنای توسعه است ولی متأسفانه دانش بومی تا این اواخر مفاهیم &laquo;واپسگرایی&raquo; و &laquo;ایستایی&raquo; را به ذهن ها متبادر می نمود که آن هم ناشی از افکار و رویکردهای نوسازی و رهیافت های انتقال فن آوری کشورهای در حال توسعه بوده است. توسعه ی روستایی باید با شرایط محیطی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی یک جامعه سازگار باشد. تحقّق توسعه روستایی، گامی در جهت خودکفایی و بهبود وضعیت جامعه روستایی است. بنابراین توجه به زمینه های بومی لازم است. مقاله حاضر یک مطالعه بنیادی و کتابخانه ای برای معرفی دانش بومی به عنوان بستری مناسب برای بومی سازی توسعه ی روستایی و به این موضوع پرداخته شده که با مد نظر قرار دادن دانش بومی و ویژگی های آن مانند کل نگر، انباشتی، پویا و عجین با فرهنگ یک قوم و نیز کاربرد عملی آن نه تنها توسعه ی روستایی منطبق با شرایط محلی یک اجتماع است بلکه می توان به توسعه ای درون زا دست یافت. روستاییان نیز در سایه ی ارائه ی دانش و تجارب خود می توانند از نتایج توسعه ای همه جانبه بهره مند شوند. ضمن اینکه به توانمند سازی روستاییان به جای وابستگی صِرف می انجامد، در آنان احساس امنیت ، کارآمدبودن ، اثرگذار بودن، ارزشمند بودن و برخورداری از حق انتخاب ایجاد می شود.</span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Abstract: Knowledge is the cornerstone of development, but unfortunately, until recently, indigenous knowledge brought the concepts of &quot;backwardness&quot; and &quot;stagnation&quot; to mind, which was caused by the thoughts and approaches of modernization and technology transfer approaches of developing countries. .
