fa وضعیت اجتماعی-جمعیتی مهاجران خارجی در مقایسه با ایرانی‌ها، ۱۳۹۵ تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:12pt"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="FA" style="font-size:11.0pt">مهاجرت خارجی به دلیل تفاوت ساختار فرهنگی و اجتماعی کشور مبدأ و مقصد و مکانیزم‌های متفاوت و پیچیده تأثیرگذاری آن بر تحولات اجتماعی، اقتصادی و جمعیتی کشور مقصد از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. از این‌رو، سیاست‌گذاری اجتماعی در جهت مواجهه با این پیامدها اهمیت دارد. گام اول در این راستا، شناسایی ویژگی‌های اجتماعی و اقتصادی مهاجران خارجی و مقایسه آن با اتباع ایرانی است. برای این هدف، از تحلیل ثانویه داده‌های سرشماری عمومی نفوس و مسکن ۱۳۹۵ و اطلاعات طرح آمارگیری بهره‌مندی از خدمات سلامت ۱۳۹۴ استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که برخورداری از ساختار سنی جوان، برتری تعداد مردان بر زنان در کل گروه‌های سنی، بالا بودن میزان اشتغال و در مقابل پایین بودن سطح بیکاری، سطح پایین تحصیلی، برخورداری بسیار پایین از تأمین اجتماعی (برخورداری از بیمه پایه و مکمل) از مهم‌ترین ویژگی‌های اتباع خارجی در ایران است. بطور کلی، ایران در چند دهه&rlm;ی اخیر، نه تنها مهاجرانی به سایر کشورها فرستاده، بلکه در معرض جریانات مهاجرتی اجباری از سایر کشورها بویژه کشورهای همسایه (افغانستان و عراق) بوده است. تمرکز مهاجران خارجی در چند کلانشهر کشور، افزایش جریان و حضور مهاجران افغانستانی بدون مدرک به کشور بعد از بازگشت دوباره طالبان به قدرت، و ظهور و گسترش نسل‌های دوم و سوم مهاجران در ایران از چالش‌های مدیریت مهاجرت در کشور می‌باشند</span><span lang="AR-SA" style="font-size:11.0pt">. </span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-size:10.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">International migration due to the difference in the cultural and social structure of the country of origin and destination and the different and complex mechanisms of its influence on the social, economic and demographic developments of the destination country is very important. Therefore, social policy making is important to face these consequences and studying the social and economic characteristics of immigrants compare with Iranians is first step. In this regard, the secondary data analysis of the population and housing census in 2016 and Utilization of Health Services Survey in 2015 have been used. &nbsp;The findings showed that young age structure, High number of males compared to females in all age groups, high level of employment rate and the low level of unemployment rate, Low level of educational attainment, very low availability of social security (basic and supplementary insurance) are the most important characteristics of Immigrants in Iran. In general, in the last few decades, Iran has been exposed to forced migration from other countries, especially neighboring countries (Afghanistan and Iraq).
