fa ارائه مدل رگرسیون برای تأثیر عوامل هندسی راه بر ایمنی جاده (مطالعه موردی: محور کندوان) Presenting a Regression Model for the Impact of Road Geometric Factors on Road Safety (Case Study: Kandovan) تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research امنیت جاده‌ا‌ی یک نگرانی عمده (مهمی) است که بر اقتصاد اجتماعی کشورها تأثیر گذاشته است. طبق آمار سازمان بهداشت جهانی ، تقریباً ۱٫۲۵ میلیون کشته و ۲۰-۵۰ میلیون نفر که آسیب‌دیدگی جدی با ناتوانی طولانی مدت دارند، هرسال به دلیل حوادث جاده‌ای در سراسر جهان زندگی می‌کنند. تصادفات جاده‌ای نهمین عامل اصلی مرگ‌ومیر در بین جوانان به حساب می‌آید و پیش‌بینی می‌شود تا سال ۲۰۳۰ پنجم شود. سه عامل اصلی وجود دارد که به حوادث جاده‌ای مربوط می‌شود یعنی عوامل مرتبط با انسان، عوامل مرتبط با وسایل نقلیه و عوامل مرتبط با جاده. در این بین، راه‌های برون شهری سهم زیادی از تصادفات فوتی و جرحی را به خود اختصاص می‌دهند. مطالعات نشان می دهد که بیش از ۵۰ درصد از تصادفات منجر به فوت و یا جراحت، در قوس‌ها اتفاق می‌افتد. خطای رانندگان معمولاً اولین عامل وقوع حوادث است. تغییرات ناگهانی در مؤلفه‌های هندسی جاده، سبب نگرانی راننده در حین رانندگی می‌شود. یکی از مهمترین دلایل بروز خطاهای انسانی، وجود ناسازگاری بین شرایط مسیر و انتظارات راننده است. طرح سازگار، طرحی است که با انتظارات راننده مغایرت نداشته باشد. به عبارت دیگر، طراح در خلال طراحی مسیر، علاوه بر در نظر گرفتن کلیه معیارهای طراحی، انتظارات و تمایلات راننده را نیز برآورده سازد. بسیاری از عوامل طرح هندسی در وقوع حوادث ترافیکی در بزرگراه‌ها شامل عرض راه، عرض سواره رو، عرض شانه، شعاع قوس، شیب طولی و عرضی، دِوِر، مسافت دید در قوس ها و شرایط حاشیه راه مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. شعاع یکی از مهمترین پارامترهای هندسی قوس افقی است و براساس اعلام اشتو در سال ۲۰۰۴ حداقل شعاع راه ۴۹۲ متر در سرعت ۱۰۰ کیلومتر بر ساعت است.   Road safety is a major concern that has affected the social economy of countries. According to the statistics of the World Health Organization, approximately 1.25 million people die and 20-50 million people with serious injuries with long-term disability live every year due to road accidents worldwide. Road accidents are the ninth leading cause of death among young people and are expected to become the fifth by 2030. Most road accidents occur in developing countries, which cost 518 billion dollars worldwide annually. There are three main factors that are related to road accidents namely human related factors, vehicle related factors and road related factors. Meanwhile, suburban roads account for a large share of fatal and injury accidents. Studies show that more than 50% of accidents leading to death or injury happen in arches. Drivers' mistakes are usually the first cause of accidents. Sudden changes in the geometric components of the road cause the driver to worry while driving. One of the most important reasons for human errors is the inconsistency between the road conditions and the driver's expectations. A compatible design is a design that does not conflict with the driver's expectations. In other words, during the design of the route, the designer, in addition to considering all the design criteria, should also satisfy the expectations and desires of the driver. Arc radius, longitudinal and transverse slope, dewar, visibility distance in the arcs and roadside conditions have been analyzed. In the dynamic responses of lateral tire forces, which is based on the friction between the tire and the road pavement surface and the geometrical characteristics of the road, vehicle slippage is usually the criterion for safety estimation in geometrical design. The radius is one of the most important geometrical parameters of the horizontal arc, and according to Ashto's announcement in 2004, the minimum road radius is 492 meters at a speed of 100 km/h.
