This distribution has an increasing and decreasing hazard rate function according to its parameter values. In this paper, first, some statistical and mathematical characteristics of this distribution, including moments, maximum likelihood estimation of the parameters will be expressed and a simulation study will be presented in this field. Finally, applications of the new distribution are presented to show the flexibility of the distribution.
