fa اهمیت آمارهای کسب وکار حوزه روستایی در اقتصاد عمومى General پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span style="direction:rtl"><span style="unicode-bidi:embed"><span lang="AR-SA"><span style="color:black">فرآوری محصولاتی که از شرکت‌های کشاورزی به دست می‌آیند با توجه به ترتیبات حساب‌های ملی، در فعالیت‌های سایر بخش‌های اقتصادی گنجانده می‌شود. به‌همین دلیل است که اهمیت فعالیت‌های کشاورزی خارج از بخش تولید اولیه توسط شاخص‌های رسمی اقتصاد ملی به صورت واضح نشان داده نمی‌شود. اگر به این نکته توجه کنیم که کشاورزی ارتباط نزدیکی با بخش‌های بالادستی و پایین‌دستی اقتصادی دارد و توسعه بخش‌های بالادستی و پایین‌دستی اقتصاد مبتنی بر فعالیت‌های کشاورزی است و توسعه ساختاری آن‌ها ارتباط تنگاتنگی با توسعه کشاورزی دارد به این نتیجه می‌رسیم که محدودیت‌های موجود در نحوه ارایه حساب‌های ملی اهمیت واقعی کشاورزی در اقتصاد ملی را نشان نمی‌دهد. در این مقاله تلاش شد تا با تغییر رویکرد سنتی نسبت به حوزه روستا نحوه شکل‌گیری و محاسبه آمارهای اقتصاد روستایی مورد بررسی و بازنگری قرار گیرد. در این مطالعه اقتصاد روستا به بخش‌های بالادست، بخش هسته و بخش پایین‌دست تقسیم و با استفاده از اطلاعات نشر یافته در حوزه اقتصاد روستا اطلاعات بخش کشاورزی در بخش‌های بالادست، بخش هسته و بخش پایین‌دست اقتصاد استخراج گردید. نتایج حاوی این توصیه سیاستی است که دولت جهت تحول بخش کشاورزی نیازمند تغییر دو نوع سیاست‌گذاری در این حوزه است که لازم است هر دو آنها به صورت هم‌زمان دنبال شوند: ۱. تقویت سرمایه‌گذاری هدفمند در زیرساخت‌های روستایی و حمایت از صنایع با محوریت روستا ۲- توجه به مدرن‌سازی رشته فعالیت‌های پایین‌دست اقتصاد روستا بخصوص بخش بازرگانی، توزیع و خدمات.</span></span></span></span></span></span></span></span><br> &nbsp; <span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><span style="font-size:11pt"><span style="line-height:115%">The processing of products obtained from agricultural companies is included in the activities of other economic sectors according to national account arrangements. This is why the importance of agricultural activities outside the primary production sector is not clearly illustrated by official national economic indicators. If we consider that agriculture is closely related to upstream and downstream economic sectors and the development of upstream and downstream sectors of the economy is based on agricultural activities and their structural development is closely related to agricultural development, we conclude that the restrictions on how national accounts are provided do not show the real importance of agriculture in the national economy. The traditional approach to rural areas should be studied and reconsidered the formation and calculation of rural economic statistics. In this study, rural economy is divided into upstream, core, and downstream sectors, and agricultural information in upstream sector, core, and downstream sectors is extracted using published information in rural economy.&nbsp;The results include the policy recommendation that the government needs to change two types of policies in this area both of them need to be pursued simultaneously: 1.
