| Cultural and soft industries are the result of the combination of technology, culture and art, knowledge and economy. Creative industries are one of its most important sub-branches. Creative economy is formed based on creative industries. Creative and innovation houses on a national and regional scale, an infrastructure for creating economic and social values and supporting innovators with new ideas and start-up businesses and social, creative and cultural content in order to strengthen the creative economy and in the implementation The above documents have been designed and implemented by the Vice President for Science, Technology and Knowledge-Based Economy. These houses are one of the important cores of helping to facilitate and accelerate innovative creative ideas and projects and their teams to create Business and commercialization of products can be effective in increasing the capacity of the creative economy of the village in the national economy through institutionalization, networking, facilitation, coaching and supporting the creation and development of developer infrastructures. In this article, firstly, the definition of creative industries, policy models and its strengthening in Iran and the role of this industry and creative and innovation houses in the rural economy have been investigated and introduced. In the following, the position of creative industries in Iran and some countries of the world, especially in East Asia, and their experiences are examined. In the end, by examining the development problems of this ecosystem, executive solutions are proposed to solve them and increase the capacity of the village in the national economy. |
