Villagers' Assessment of the Situation of Selling Land to Immigrants in the Villages of Guilan Province (Study of Fuman and Shaft Cities)

| Migration, as one of the demographic phenomena, has a significant relationship with the policy-making field in the society. Various climatic, social and economic changes of the country in recent years have caused an influx of scholars to the northern provinces of the country, especially Guilan, so that many agricultural lands and A garden has been sold by farmers. The data of this article was obtained by using the quantitative method of 98 interviews with the villagers of Fuman and Shaft cities. The findings showed that more than 95% of the villagers admitted that the lands were sold to non-natives from the wrong provinces, the infrastructural and economic problems of the villagers caused the villagers to sell their lands, also according to the villagers, the accumulation of garbage in Villages and cultural problems caused by the presence of immigrants in the villages have increased. Also, compiling a comprehensive settlement document, along with the exit of the agricultural economy from the livelihood situation, is the main solution to exit from the current situation. |
