In this research, livelihood-oriented housing in the villages of cold and mountainous regions has been examined, and it has been tried to prevent seasonal unemployment and migration of villagers by examining the condition of rural houses in winter and creating home-based jobs. The type of applied research and data collection method is a combination of documentary and field. According to the data and the analysis of the amount of energy produced and consumed, it shows that the excrement of 3 cows can produce 10781.7 kilowatt hours of energy per year, which can provide the heating energy needed for a rural household and a 200-meter greenhouse. Also, by analyzing the climatic, social, economic, etc. conditions of the village, a semi-continuous biogas digester has been designed. The results of digester loading according to the time of energy consumption and discharge time show that the best time to start the activity is early autumn.
