The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the impact of artificial intelligence management on the competitive performance of startups. This research is applied and in terms of data collection method, it is considered a descriptive-correlational research. The statistical population of the study consists of entrepreneurs, managers, and owners of startups in Isfahan. Using the Krejci-Morgan table, the sample size was estimated at 92 people who were selected by simple random sampling. Research data were collected through a researcher-made questionnaire, the validity of which was confirmed by professors and the reliability of the instrument was also confirmed by measuring Cronbach's alpha. The relationships between variables were identified using the structural equation modeling method in LISREL software. The research findings indicate that the dimensions of artificial intelligence management, including learning skills, reasoning skills, self-correction skills, and creativity skills, have an impact on the competitive performance of startups. In addition, reasoning skills are recognized as the most important dimensions of AI management in the competitive performance of start-up organizations.
