The world is undergoing changes and evolution. There is a faster pace of change in our time than any other time in human history. Organizations and human societies must adapt to changes in the world, not only for business growth but also for survival. Change and agility are dynamic processes and are not one-time events. On the other hand, understanding and controlling dynamic phenomena and their consequences is complex because they result from the interaction of various factors. For this reason, in today's turbulent world, companies, especially start-ups, need to be more adaptable to the environment and be able to react with agility to opportunities and threats, as well as the strengths and weaknesses of the external and internal environments. In this regard, by using a dynamic business model, companies can gain sustainable competitive advantage by facilitating the understanding of causal relationships between different parts of the business model. In this study, the business model and business model canvas for an industrial 3D design and animation studio were examined using the dynamic system method. The dynamic business model was created by explaining the cause-and-effect loops among its various parts, and the model results for the base scenario and another scenario were discussed.
