Abstract: Knowledge is the cornerstone of development, but unfortunately, until recently, indigenous knowledge brought the concepts of "backwardness" and "stagnation" to mind, which was caused by the thoughts and approaches of modernization and technology transfer approaches of developing countries. . Rural development must be compatible with the environmental, cultural and social conditions of a society. Achieving rural development is a step towards self-sufficiency and improving the condition of rural society. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to local contexts.

Besides, it leads to the empowerment of the villagers instead of mere dependence, it creates in them a sense of security, efficiency, effectiveness, value and having the right to choose.
