The Effect of Change Management through Organizational Culture on the Psychological Empowerment of Employees

| Organizational culture, which has a close link with the general culture of the society, covers a wide part of the behavior and growth of the organization, and effective help is taken from it to bring about the transformation and stability of desirable and measured behavior. In general, organizational culture can be considered as a key factor in achieving organizational goals and strategies, improving organizational effectiveness, and managing change. Therefore, the main goal of this research was to determine how change management through organizational culture affects the psychological empowerment of employees. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and a descriptive survey research in terms of type. The statistical population of this research includes 600 employees of the subsidiaries of the Islamic Revolution Housing Foundation, of which a sample of 234 people was selected and studied according to the Cochran formula using non-probability sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire, the validity and reliability of which have been confirmed using statistical tests. The results of the analyses using the structural equation modeling technique with the help of LISREL software showed that change management has an effect on organizational culture and psychological empowerment of employees. Organizational culture also has an effect on psychological empowerment of employees. Finally, the results showed that change management through organizational culture has an effect on psychological empowerment of employees. |
