The Qualitative and Quantitative Demographic Status Iran and Islamic Countries in 1390 AP

   Muslim country with history - several thousand years of cultural - religious Cultural Center of the richest civilizations in the world and has enormous natural resources, privileges and capacities of exceptional, still less developed regions world are considered.

The extent of Muslim countries, include 59 countries with a population of over 29 million square kilometers, more than one billion, five hundred and ninety-two million people. In addition, 74% Muslim world's known oil reserves and 50% of global gas reserves have been and Having straits and waterways and a total of 20 percent of the world's soil and water areas of strategic importance and is a special strategy.

It is believed that the knowledge and understanding of all of the data contributed significantly to the planning and policy area.

This study compared the demographic characteristics of the population and the Islamic world, and then the status of Iran in the Islamic countries will show.

Studies show that Iran is among the most populous countries in the region is vast and qualitative indices of demography in a relatively good position among Islamic countries.

Nevertheless, it is necessary that with the increase in the expectancy at birth index and reduce the level of child mortality, less than a year, and the extra efforts in this regard as well as its place in the region.
