Entrepreneurship and Household Empowerment in Home-Based Businesses through Iran's Islamic Banking Services with Emphasis on the Capacities of Iran Post Bank

The aim of this research is to study effective solutions in entrepreneurship and empowerment of households through businesses and home-based enterprises. This research is of a descriptive-analytical type and, in terms of purpose, is practical. Field data collection was conducted through a researcher-made questionnaire constructed based on literature reviews and background research, and the questionnaire's validity was confirmed by experts. The reliability of the questionnaire was also confirmed with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.86. The statistical population of this research includes practitioners, experts, and specialists in home-based businesses in Zanjan and Qom provinces. In this study, a purposive sample of 35 individuals was selected using the snowball sampling method, and experts in all three stages collaborated fully with the researcher. The research process was carried out in three stages using the classic Delphi technique until consensus was reached. The results of the research indicate that the degree of agreement and importance from the experts' perspective for the sub-dimension "Easy access to financial resources and credit for initiating innovative businesses through Iran's Islamic banking services with an emphasis on the capacities of Iran Post Bank " is among the highest in the economic dimension with a score of 1.9 compared to other sub-dimensions in the economic aspect and all other dimensions. The sub-dimension "Training and skill development for empowering entrepreneurs" is a subset of the individual dimension and ranks next in terms of agreement and importance.
