The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between business intelligence maturity and job performance with regard to the mediating role of employee risk-taking in the branches of Bank Melli in Kerman province. In the present era, managers pay attention to several factors to improve the performance of their employees. Among these factors are business intelligence maturity and employee risk-taking. Employees who have high business intelligence have higher risk-taking and, as a result, have higher job performance. The statistical population of this study includes employees of Bank Melli branches in Kerman city, whose number is 600 people and the sample size is determined to be 234 people. The data collection tool includes three questionnaires with acceptable validity and reliability. SPSS software and Pearson regression test were used to analyze the data. The research findings indicate that employee risk-taking has a mediating role between business intelligence maturity and job performance. Therefore, it is suggested to managers to improve job performance by increasing the business intelligence maturity and employee risk-taking.
